WHAT WOULD AN EVENT ENTAIL?
The quick answer
would be: depending on the place but essentially a real paranormal
investigation! People who attend our events can take part
as much as they wish and enjoy what would normally only be
possible for a select few!
Typically an event would last from 9.00pm until 5.00-6.00a.m
and we have access to as many areas of historic or paranormal
interest as possible.
You get to be to be part of our team for the event and investigate
the paranormal under our expert guidance and continual supervision.
This would include the use of scientific equipment such as
Electro Magnetic field meters; Laser thermometers; Audio and
filming equipment; Ultra Sound listening devices; Negative
Ion Detectors and so on. We also instruct you in the art of
dowsing for information. We also advise you on the paranormal
and keep you occupied at all times.

Events: Although Haunting Experiences is a new company; members
of Haunting Experiences have been running events since 1999,
which have given rise to widespread acclaim and success. We
have joined together to pool our wide expertise to make a
team of consummate professionals dedicated to organising the
best events around!

A typical event would be as follows:
21.00 ARRIVALS
21.00 THE EVENING BEGINS – A MEETING
WITH WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS and a TALK FROM OUR EXPERTS
ABOUT THE LOCATION, THE PARANORMAL OCCURENCES AND HAUNTING
EXPERIENCES – ALSO HOW THE NIGHTS’ INVESTIGATION
WILL RUN!
Typically followed by:
· A tour of the location, focusing on haunted locations.
This will include a brief resume of paranormal activity and
relevant history of the venue.
· contributions from a range of renowned persons chosen
from:
paranormal researchers and experts,
mediums, etc.
· the investigation- time spent in small teams in each
of the haunted locations. You will be split into small groups
and given the chance to spend plenty of time in all the relevant
places! And to conduct separate vigils in the most active
places. You may also be given equipment to use!
· The night is staffed by very experienced PROFESSIONALS
who conduct and lead the proceedings.
· Appropriate psychic protection is provided at the
start of the night.
· You may be instructed on the skill of dowsing by
an expert on the subject and given the opportunity to dowse
for information.
· There will also be the chance to be instructed on
the use of “ghost hunting” equipment and to use
temperature and electro magnetic field meters, which can be
monitored throughout the night.
· During the latter part of the night we may hold controlled
séances, for those guests who wish to take part - and
if agreed by the venue.
· We actively encourage participants to bring their
own equipment and especially to take photographs and film
the night's events.
· You will be invited to take part as much, or as little,
as you wish and can rest assured that you will only be expected
to do what you are comfortable with.
· We conduct the night in a thoroughly professional
manner, paying close attention to every possible detail, with
you in mind.
· There are usually various breaks throughout the night
for refreshments! Depending on the location and individual
itinerary – there may be food and drink and or breakfast
provided!
· At the end of all our investigations we will hold
a group discussion and debrief. This allows you to share your
experiences with each other and for a chance to examine all
photographic images captured during the event and to get expert
advice!
· This will all include paranormal study sessions discussions;
dowsing; darkness study sessions; ghost vigils; opportunity
to use equipment and other possibilities depending on time
and group preference.

*The venues we visit are places where many people have claimed
to have seen a ghostly apparition and experienced other strange
and sometimes disturbing phenomena. They are claimed to be
very haunted places. Therefore, those of a nervous disposition
or prone to nervous reactions, should only attend at their
own discretion. We cannot guarantee paranormal activity but
be prepared!
* The organisers cannot be held responsible for people’s
reactions to seeing a ghost or other occurrence, or for other
possible incidents.
* Please note: over 18s only, unless otherwise agreed with
the organiser. For insurance purposes no one under the age
of 18 may attend – this includes group bookings so please
ensure you are aware of everyone's age.
* Refreshments and food arrangements will depend on the individual
location. Details will be provided.
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or near any buildings;
there will usually be a designated area and cigarette ends
must be disposed of in a sensible, tidy place.
* It is advisable to bring sensible clothing and footwear,
a torch and batteries, notepad and pen, a watch, spare batteries
and all other medication and personal requirements.
* In the event of adverse weather conditions our nights will
still take place but we may need to limit activities and we
reserve the right to do so under health & safety guidelines.
* You may bring any personal equipment (cameras, recorders,
etc) but do so at your own risk (please note: on occasions
in the past electrical equipment has malfunctioned).
* You are responsible for any loss or damage to any of your
personal possessions or vehicle brought or left at any property.
* The organisers reserve the right to suspend a person’s
right to remain in the castle: if their behaviour is deemed
problematic and causes this necessary or if they should arrive
under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. In any
such event no money will be refunded. Those attending are
asked to respect the property, other people and the area.
* The organisers are not responsible for your actions, whilst
participating in this event, and cannot be held liable for
any unsupervised activity resulting in personal injury. Please
ensure that everyone in your group is in reasonably good health
and does not suffer from any serious illness. Pregnant women
should only attend with advice from us!
At some locations, there are regrettably not suitable disabled
facilities. Therefore some evenings may unfortunately be unsuitable
for certain disabilities, Please discuss any needs / questions
with us before booking.
* Please remember to have respect for the owners who have
kindly allowed the night's activities. For this reason certain
areas will often not be open to the public. Thank you.
* The organisers do reserve the right to cancel this event
in unseen circumstances. However, under such circumstances
a full refund will be given. The programme is also subject
to minor changes.
The Ghost Nights are organised by HAUNTING EXPERIENCES –
IN ASSOCIATION WITH CLIC SARGENT.
* After booking places, like theatre tickets –we can
only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances. However,
if you cancel and we are able to refill the places in time
we will give a refund (subject to a small administration fee).
We can only change you to another event under the same conditions!
Please bear this in mind now - Thank you.
* Unless stated otherwise, no accommodation is provided, so
you will need to make your own sleeping arrangements for after
the event – if required.
* Please note: due to the misuse of our service by a small
number we cannot permit resale of places - at a profit. If
you wish to pass on your place(s) to someone else please inform
us of the new name(s). Anyone found to be reselling a place(s)
at a profit, themselves or through a company / ebay / or other
intermediate will have their places cancelled without refund
and no person under that booked name will attend the event
or enter the property!
* We would be extremely grateful if people kept a record of
their experiences and sent them to us, to keep up to date
with strange phenomena at our locations. Also we would greatly
appreciate any recorded evidence (e.g. video, tape, photographic).
